More About Adam Paltrowitz
I am a public school teacher with over 25 years at the secondary level. I believe that every student can learn to sing. As a result, I run a self-selected choral program where students are not separated based on talent/skill level. This has lead to a highly-successful program where all students view themselves as soloists and develop a sense of self in their singing. This begins with positive learning environment and the ability for each singer to match pitch.
I am also the founder of Choral Clarity, the popular website that consists of 150+ useful blogs and 150+ original choir resources that are available for instant download. I am in the business of inspiring others. I run a highly successful mentorship program for high school and middle school choral directors across the country. My blog, resources, and original choral works have been used at primary, secondary, college, and community choirs around the world. I earned a B.S. from New York University and a M.A. and Ed.M. from Columbia University - Teacher's College.
I am married to Blair Goldberg, a Broadway Actress and labor & delivery nurse, and have two children, Lyla and Nolan. We live just outside of New York City in the beautiful town of Port Washington.
